Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to Laguna, I found it to be a solid pick for the eco-conscious traveler seeking good value without sacrificing comfort. The clean, fresh beds and bathrooms offered everything needed for a pleasant stay, which is what you want when prioritizing practicality over opulence. Breakfast included standard options—think eggs, buns, cereals, and coffee—perfect for fueling up before a day exploring. The friendly staff, always ready to assist, made arriving at odd hours stress-free with their 24-hour reception. Location-wise, it was ideal. The bus stop just 40 meters away provided easy access to the island, and on-site parking was a nice bonus. They even sold bus passes at the front desk, which made getting around a breeze. While the facilities lacked some of the luxuries found elsewhere, like a full-service restaurant or a grand lounge area, the essential amenities were well covered. If you’re looking for simplicity in a beautiful setting without overspending, Laguna is worth considering.
